Fujifilm XS-1: 10 frames per second 26x zoom
The new case Fujifilm aims to be reference high-end bridges. To achieve this, it competes with remarkable assets.

After a long wait, the Fujifilm XS-1 arrives to shake its range. Its Fujinon lens opens up to f/2.8, to shoot between 24mm and 624 mm. Super Macro modes is also very impressive, focusing up to 1 cm apart. The EXR CMOS sensor 2/3 is the same as the 12-megapixel X10. There is also quite a 26x optical zoom, which combined with its quick release (0.01 seconds) will capture the most fleeting details, same burst, up to 10 frames per second.

Switch to Full HD video at 30fps in H.264 rise. Fujifilm is proud to reinvent Bridges with the third model in its range X. Previous experts were compact, it is a high-end bridge. With 17 components of the light, it is also the opposite of a DLSR!

Their teaser makes me want to go out and catch one or two sunsets right out in the first quarter of 2012, but the price could dampen the table with 699 euros that are not finesse.
